David M.R.D. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Education from Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada and a Bachelor of Outdoor Recreation from Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. He has completed University level courses in Canadian aboriginal studies, geography (Political Geography of the Middle East, Environmental Geography), and instrumental music.


Communication Technology Training and Experience
David M.R.D. Spencer has completed training courses in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, FileMaker Pro, Online Curriculum Design, PHP, MySQL and 35 mm photography. He studied at Humber College in Toronto, Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning in Brampton, The Centre for Education and Training run by the Peel District School Board in Mississauga, The Summer Institute run by the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board and CoreSolutions Development Inc. in their Toronto office.

David is a self taught web developer with intermediate knowledge of HTML,wiki, PHP and MySQL web hosting, web server management and web site vision development.

Audio Recordings

David M.R.D. Spencer has been interviewed about his promotion of Christian music on radio on numerous Canadian radio stations since 1981. Stations include CBQT, CHFI, CHRI, CJMR, CJSD, CJTW, CKPR and radio programmes such as Catholic Radio.

In 1982, he made a presentation to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) recommending that they encourage more radio stations to play positive music written and performed by Christians.
