The Springfield TBD is a future Arena football team based in Springfield, Missouri. They were announced as the first of four inaugural teams of The Arena League on XX. The team will play their games at the newly constructed Wilson Logistics Arena, located on the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds.
History
[edit]Duluth was announced as the first team on XX to be a part of the inaugural season of The Arena League. The announcement was made at a press conference at the XX in Springfield and included notable figures including the XX and the league commissioner, Tim Brown.
There is a 3-year lease with Wilson Logistics Arena to be the home field for the team. The team name and logo was revealed on June 14, 2023 after fans were encouraged to submit entries.
