Muhammad Anwer Baig is a member of Narwal, Pakistan village sub-divisional Dhirkot District Bagh.
He was political and social figure and a famous personality in not for his area as well as in over all Kashmir and also in Pakistan.
Early life
[edit]Muhammad Anwer Baig was born in 1959 in the small village Narwal sub-divisional Dhirkot district Bagh. he completed his schooling education in a famous and historical place "Neela Butt" and moved to Rawalpindi, Pakistan, for further education. After graduation he moved to Karachi.
Political career
[edit]Muhammad Anwer Baig joined the oldest political party of the entire State of Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference in 1965 as a political worker served as Secretory General in Karachi City (1971 to 1980). After two years he traveled abroad 1982 to the kingdom of Saudi Arabia for business and resided 10 years in Makkah to serve the pilgrims coming from all over the world. In 1984 the president of Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Supreme Head of Muslim Conference Sardar Muhammad Abdul Qayyum Khan visited the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia and officially assign Muhammad Anwer Baig as chief organizer of All Jammu and Kashmir for oversees Kashmiris inside the kingdom. after this announcement Muhammad Anwer Baig visited whole main cities of Saudi Arabia contact with all Kashmiris, conducted many meetings and bring them in one page and make political Party overseas units in different cities in Saudi Arabia Jeddah, Makkah, Medina, Dammam, Riyadh, etc, Mohammad Anwer Baig play a significant rule to make successful appearance of his party vision Muslim Conference in Saudi Arabia and international forum through available resources like print and electronic Media as well.
During this tenure Muhammad Anwer Baig met with different parties leadership and their ambassadors from Pakistan, Azad Kashmir and Indian Occupied Kashmir also to discuss the Kashmir Issue widely. In 1992 Muhammad Anwer Baig returned to Azad Kashmir from abroad and was elected as member of Central Executive Committee of All Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Conference.

[edit]He writes many column in major newspapers in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir focusing on the ideas of political issues. He is facile in spoken and written English, Arabic, Urdu, Kashmiri, Punjabi, Pahari, Hindko, Potohari dialects. He is a widely-read political and social scholarly worker with deep insight in political, social, religious and economic affairs of the region/world. He has delivered speeches in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, different cities inside and outside Pakistan.
