Okey Napoleon Iwunwa

. . Dr Okey Napoleon Iwunwa, is a development researcher and president of the Napoleon Institute for Policy Development and New Age Leadership. Okey, whose career spans media, academe, business and government, is an expert in institutional development and corporate strategy. He is the founder of Kenhag Accu-Data Management LLC which partners with American Prudential Capitals Inc to fund key industrial and development projects around the world. . He is a registered member of the ALL AMERICAN PUBLIC SPEAKERS.

His works are on organizational behavior and leadership, while his research focuses primarily on institutional change, effective governance and leadership development. His works has been featured in various management update including The MIT-Sloan Management Review, New Venture Development, and the Texas Business Journal. He holds advanced diploma in Management of Change, Innovation Development & Executive Management, Corporate Dynamics, Decision Making and Governance. .

COMMUNICATION & COACHING: Dr Iwunwa is Communication specialist and leadership strategist. Perhaps known for his expertise as a crisis management and life mastery coach, he is bold, inspiring, philosophical and yet, near prophetic in communication. .

GOVERNMENT/ CAREER He was on the Board of Retriever Payment Systems Inc and former member of Mayor's Economic Development Monitor, City of Converse, in San Antonio. He briefly held the position as speech-writer to the Mayor of City of Converse-Texas and was at the time a member of the Urban Planning and Beautification Committee, City of Windcrest in Northern San Antonio, Texas. He has assisted and consulted for leading companies such as Union Pacific, Waste Management Corporation, US Air, Hersheys Corp, Blue Bell, National Oil Vargo, Cox Oil and First Bank of Omaha on a range of matters. Okey is currently a senior project consultant and fund manager with American Prudential Capitals/ KenHag Funds, where he oversees the ongoing Takoradi Refinery project. .

BOOKS & PUBLICATIONS He has authored several books, including Economics of Employment (2014), Making The Licensing Decisions (2011), Unbonding Africa’s Economic Bondage (2009); Thought Provoking Thoughts (2010) and Economics of Employment (2013).
