Serious Overview

[edit]

I AM SEEKING A GUIDING EDITOR WHO WILL LET ME APPRENTICE THEM If you or someone you know is taking apprenticeship commissions, please let me know!

Heyy

Call me coyote. I study time and ethics in order to understand their ontological status. I also develop Wikipedia pages related to these subjects and others related to analytic philosophy.

My intentions here are as follows:

  • Brevity: why not?
  • Clarity: I despise unclear and difficult language in contexts where it is unhelpful (at best) and condescending (at worst).
  • Grammar: updating spelling and so on to reflect our formal tone.

Let it be known that I take seriously the ideas that everyone is capable of understanding any concept and any concept can be explained clearly. I am deeply committed to my personal principles of editing in addition to the Five Pillars of Wikipedia. I believe freedom of information is only as valuable as its ability to be understood.

I mostly spend my time thinking and writing about ethics. However, I try not to visit the ethics pages (unless it relates to one of my intentions above) because I get upset :).

Talk to me if you'd want to discuss any of the following:

  • My edits
  • Ethics
  • Metaphysics/topics in Philosophy
  • Because you want a friend

Philosophy

[edit]

My intention with my work is to develop a portfolio of pages centered around ontology, logic, analytic philosophy, and generally related concepts. I am specifically interested in developing vital articles into GA-class standing. Items included may have some minor edits or greater edits, but those items with Class-related edits are noted as such.
