Since there over all wasn't much done with the epidemiology section to begin with I think you guys did a nice job overall adding to the existing content. I think the content that you plan to add fits well and elaborates nicely on the information already in there. I think that you have a lot of stats, and information from studies, which works in perfectly for this section.

One thing I noticed was some of your information is coming from some older references, so if you are able to try and find some more up to date that would help make the material relative.

I think some rewording on the first sentence should be considered, just because it's a bit confusing to me. Also maybe it is just me but the first part about the vaccine, so maybe explaining in more detail.

Just make sure when adding these sentences to the existing content to try and blend the sentences in the best way possible and take out any unneeded material.

You guys found a lot of important info, so I am glad you picked this topic.
