L Lan Pin Wing is a mauritian poet. He is the author of the poems where sun rain and wind say "I love You", Welcome to the Future, on this earth of scented flowers, Near a lake, The building, The world is full of different hands, etc.
Most of his poems were written during his teenage years and early twenties.
He published two books, haloes in darkness in 1977 and Where sun rain and wind say "I love You" in 1980. Many of his poems were published in newspapers in Mauritius.
A reproduction of the poem is found at the blue mountain arts backyard under the name of Phil Wing.
