He was the producer for many short films directed by Vimala Perumal. One of the short films was among the top 60 in the world, which was selected in competition at the 30th Busan International Short Film Festival in Korea. His background in arts and dance has brought his interest into producing Vimala’s debut feature film entitled VILAIYAATU PASANGE (PLAYFUL FOLKS), which had its successful run at International Screens, Golden Screen Cinemas for a month in 2011. Due to tremendous support, he was very keen in producing Vimala’s second feature film, “VETTI PASANGA” (USELESS FOLKS), which is a sequel to VILAIYAATU PASANGE (PLAYFUL FOLKS). “VETTI PASANGA” has marked the highest record at the Malaysian Tamil Box Office early 2014. Currently he has produced and acted in “VERE VAZHI ILLE” (NO OTHER WAY). He aspires to bring Malaysian films to higher levels that are internationally appreciated.
