Article Proposal

  1. Age Segregation (Age segregation)
    1. Add more information on the topic as well as updated information for the references.
  2. Age Stratification (Age stratification)
    1. More information is needed and references need to be updated with new information.
  3. Aging (Ageing)
    1. Add sociological information to sociology section of article, the information given does not flow and has no explanation from the author about the cited source. The section also needs to an update on outdated citations that need to be replaced, revised with recent information.
  4. Social Exchange Theory (Social exchange theory)
    1. The section entitled basic interracial marriage uses only one source and needs more information on how it affects the theory. The source also only focuses on black/white interracial marriages, when their are other forms of interracial marriages within society.

Final Topic and Bibliography

  • Social Exchange Theory
    • With this article I plan to update the section entitled interracial marriage. This topic needs more sources to support its involvement in the social exchange theory as well as in-depth look at interracial marriage as a whole. The current information uses a source that discusses black/white interracial marriage, which is common in the US but not the only type of interracial marriage that occurs. The other source is current but could more information to back up it claims.

In the subsections on interracial marriage and citizenship behavior I would like to add more information on them.
