A weakness is the page goes in great detail about things that may not be important enough to include in the article. Another draw back is the 21st century section could be expanded on. Another weakness is there are a few citations that lead to dead pages and this should be updated.

[edit]What to include in the 21st Century portion: Fuse fire
A new apartment complex, Fuse 47, located on Berwyn House Road was unfortunately engulfed in flames.[1] The building was initially planned to open in July 2017 and had begun the leasing process. It took several hours and over 200 firefighters to get control of the fire. The incident caused over $39 million in damages. [2]
