Daniel Will-Harris is a writer, designer and actor.
MoMA in New York calls him "a computer graphics pioneer," and his work "truly unique."
He is the author of seven books on topics ranging from design and typography, to his collection of short stories. He has edited books, magazines, and web sites, created eFuse.com[1] and was one of the first reviewers for cnet.com
He writes an newsletter called the SchmoozeLetter with humorous personal stories.
He has designed books and book covers for major publishers, visual systems for the entertainment industry and identities for restaurants listed among the top 50 in the country
He invensted the EsperFonto system for choosing and using type and fonts, which created a new paradigm in typeface selection and has been used by HP and Corel.
He designs wrist watched for Projects, a company well-known for their work with architects.
His acting career has spanned three decades and included film, TV and web, and is currently producing an improv-based web sit-com called "Clothing Optional."

[edit]The system was the first to classify type by emotional impression rather than technical letterform shape. This enables designers--and non-designers alike, to choose type that's more appropriate and effective.

- In the run-up to the 2004 Democratic primaries, Will-Harris was active on Howard Dean's Media Team (responsible for Switch2Dean.com)
- Will-Harris has developed Web sites for authors David McCullough and Terry Gamble, Alaska Federation of Natives and Marin Democrats, all with developer designer David Fox.
His interests include architecture, photography, all forms of design. automobiles, musical theater, travel and dark chocolate.
He lives in Marin County with his wife and muse who prefers to be anonymous.
