Is everything in the article relevant to the article topic? Is there anything that distracted you?
Everything in this article is relevant to the article topic, but the use of pain in the focused assessment section was unneeded since it should be addressed with vital signs. The placement of "listening to heart and lung sounds" in the physical examination section distracted me because they were not given their own section in the focused assessment too.
- Is the article neutral? Are there any claims, or frames, that appear heavily biased toward a particular position? Yes, the article appears to be generally neutral. The use of therapeutic communication appears to be biased towards always obtaining positive results.
- Are there viewpoints that are overrepresented, or underrepresented? The viewpoint of interviewing techniques is overrepresented, and the use of pulmonary and cardiovascular assessments are underrepresented.

Although there are only a few conversations, people appear to want more evidence-based practice.

- How does the way Wikipedia discusses this topic differ from the way we've talked about it in class? Wikipedia appears to talk generally about the topic of nursing assessment, while we have gone into much more detail in our class.
