Miles Hischier is the founder and senior partner of HiView Solutions, a Google Cloud consulting partner based in San Luis Obispo, California. HiView Solutions is a Google Workspace Reseller and Professional Services Company.

Hischier also runs "Hire with Miles," a international recruiting business focused on helping small businesses find high-quality, cost-effective customer service talent in Central America.

Hischier is a coworking member at the Cal Poly Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (CIE) HotHouse, which provides him opportunities to connect in-person with other local entrepreneurs and foster a sense of community. He was initially unsure if he would be able to utilize CIE resources as a UC Berkeley graduate with no direct ties to Cal Poly, but later learned about their community co-working program and got involved.

Hischier has shared his insights on the benefits of hiring international staff, which can include driving revenue growth, enhancing customer retention, and fostering innovation with new business ventures. He has provided examples of how his clients have successfully implemented international hiring strategies.

Additionally, HiView Solutions was recently ranked #543 on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States. Hischier, as the founder and director of sales, attributed the company's growth to their focus on earning long-term customers and their forward-thinking approach to serving clients.
