Anyone can edit Wikipedia. If you think the page for Akane Yamaguchi needs work, try doing it yourself. If you think it needs more work than you can do, go to the Akane Yamaguchi talk page, look at the projects it's part of - Wikipedia:WikiProject Olympics, for instance - go there and ask for help.
