I'd add that the attempted article is mostly a repetition of one that already exists, which is why it is redirected. Also, the school under its previous name doesn't appear to merit a separate article. Finally, two registered accounts have been blocked for essentially the same edits--if you are in any way associated with those accounts, your edits would constitute block evasion, and persistent disruption.
