[edit]I am writing to apologize for a recent edit that I attributed to. My intention was not to disrupt or change the nomination but rather edit a word that I thought was misspelled. I mean you no harm.BigRed606 (BigRed606) 21:30,5 September 2019 (UTC)<!-
- @BigRed606: No problem and thanks for this note. 2A02:C7F:4481:8300:90DC:E235:5074:54B0 (talk) 22:02, 5 September 2019 (UTC)
Unblock request
[edit]2A02:C7F:4481:8300:90DC:E235:5074:54B0 (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I have been caught by a very wide rangeblock. You will see that this IP address has been only used constructively so I humbly request that this specific address, that is a static address, is unblocked/exempted from the blocked range so I can continue making my contributions. Thank you!
Accept reason:
Done. I may need to re-assess the range if editing issues continue, but you appear to have been caught in it indirectly. You should be OK to edit now. N.J.A. | talk 18:58, 9 September 2019 (UTC)
account
[edit]Hi! Just writing with the suggestion that you open an account. I saw some of your very cogent comments at AfD. I now understand how IP editors are viewed with suspicion, as I once was an IP editor. Basically your words carry half the weight without an account, as there is always the suspicion that an IP editor is hiding something. It is perhaps human nature to want to put a name to a face. I am not suggesting you are hiding something– just making a friendly suggestion.ThatMontrealIP (talk) 23:59, 13 September 2019 (UTC)
- I appreciate that there is a negative attitude towards IPs amongst, hopefully a small minority of, some editors but, at the moment, being an IP suits me. My hope is that when folks evaluate my comments they look at my edit history. Nonetheless your comments are well taken. Thank you for your kindly thoughts. 2A02:C7F:4481:8300:90DC:E235:5074:54B0 (talk) 01:09, 14 September 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Hi, could you please e-mail me and explain why you've been editing with this IP since late July? Hopefully, an explanation would allay my concerns. Thanks.--Bbb23 (talk) 22:28, 26 September 2019 (UTC)

There is no email link from your userpage. Can you provide one, please? 2A02:C7F:4481:8300:90DC:E235:5074:54B0 (talk)
- IPs cannot e-mail users, which is why you don't see it.--Bbb23 (talk) 00:53, 27 September 2019 (UTC)
Mountain Valley School
[edit]Before the article for the Mountain Valley School District was deleted, in the deletion nomination, you indicated that you would be willing to draw up an article for the school district. If you are still willing to do this, I think it would be wonderful. Thank you. Jeffrey Beall (talk) 20:07, 30 December 2019 (UTC).

This is the discussion page for an IP user, identified by the user's IP address. Many IP addresses change periodically, and are often shared by several users. If you are an IP user, you may create an account or log in to avoid future confusion with other IP users. Registering also hides your IP address. |
