If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

It's not at all clear from this draft that Segal meets WP:ARTIST or, more generally, WP:PERSON. Very possibly he meets one or both: if he does, then provide the evidence to demonstrate this. Also, much of this is unlinked to any specific source. Yes, there's a list of "sources" at the end, but which of these is for which claim that's made in the article?

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit when they have been resolved.
