If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Damon Giglio, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion," which appears inside of the speedy deletion ({{db-...}}) tag (if no such tag exists, the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate). Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Hi Alan, just wanted to let you know that I have weighed in at the AfD. However, you should not forget to weigh in yourself. Just remember to write a bolded keep, delete, or whatnot in front of your post. For example:

'''Keep''' Lorum ipsem...

produces

Keep Lorum ipsem...

Bolding ensures that people will notice your opinion. It is preferable that you point to Wikipedia guidelines to support your opinion. Crisco 1492 (talk) 23:38, 1 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

As for the data... I hate to tell you this, but it is lost. When I have an edit conflict in the middle of a major revision, I copy the text to Microsoft Word so that I can work it back in more easily. Crisco 1492 (talk) 01:08, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. ConcernedVancouverite (talk) 16:22, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Damon Giglio, please cite a reliable source for the content of your edit. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Damon Giglio. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. ConcernedVancouverite (talk) 04:03, 9 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Damon Giglio. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Please stop adding the link for forsalebyowner.com to an article which is not about that website. Thank you. ConcernedVancouverite (talk) 14:56, 9 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
