Plant gets too much stuff. Replacing it with flower/tree/shrub/herb/grass might reduce the number of unnecessary articles? Circeus 23:14, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- Hi! Ok, now I gave it 4 points, which is far below the 19-point threshold. As to the keywords you suggest, I am afraid that they are even more common. Anyway, it is better to have some false positive results than to miss something important. By the way, Palanga Amber Museum seems relevant, as it includes a botanical garden as a part of it. I think that botanical gardens are within our scope here. Colchicum 23:26, 19 March 2007 (UTC)
- Another idea: I don't know if the robot also reads the template, but adding a rule for "| regnum = Plantae" will allow us to drop all the higher taxa (because if they don't have a taxobox, they certainly don't use words like "gymnosperm"...). Also, the rules currently ignore any other stub template than botany- or plant-stub. Circeus 15:04, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
- This rule has been included from the very beginning. However, I don't think that it would be wise to drop all the higher taxa, as some non-experienced Wikipedians could plausibly create an article with such nomenclature and still without a taxobox. As to stubs - I'll fix this. Colchicum 16:21, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
- Oups... I hadn't noticed that. I really needed to eat something, it seems.Circeus 16:32, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
- Yes, the problem is that ales-stub would yield wales-stub etc. Colchicum 17:29, 20 March 2007 (UTC)

New concern: An article making any mention of a botanical garden will trigger both the botan* and the botanical garden rules, and thus be listed. Is it possible to arrange that? Circeus 18:59, 20 March 2007 (UTC)
- Please exclude "power plant" and "LNG plant".Beagel 18:33, 6 August 2007 (UTC)
