Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. Place any further information here. I am currently unable to edit pages on Wikipedia due to an autoblock affecting my IP address.

Decline reason:

It seems you were trying to evade your block and it didn't work out. That will not get you unblocked. If your next unblock request doesn't address the reason for your block and what you'll do to avoid those issues in the future, we'll likely have to conclude that this is a waste of time.
