Hi! I've accepted the article and made a small number of cleanups so that the article matches our manual of style more closely. Thanks for helping contribute to the encyclopedia! I hope you'll stick around, if you do, you may want to take a peek at the RefToolbar, there's a nice video showing how to do this at Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners, and it makes the process of creating maintainable references in articles a good deal easier. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
