What is the purpose of this edit?DrChrissy (talk) 22:35, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I have no idea. You made it, not me... AndyTheGrump (talk) 22:39, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Very unhelpful. Thank-you.DrChrissy (talk) 22:41, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I see you have now moved it to become an essay - that answers my question which you could easily have answered above, but you chose to be difficult - as usual. I am sure that people new to your style of editing/discussion/obfuscation will note your approach in this first thread regarding this supposed essay.DrChrissy (talk) 22:52, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I haven't moved it. It was never anywhere but in my user space - clearly marked as personal opinion, and as a response to the 'ducks' essay. Why anyone would have any difficulty identifying it for what it is, I have no idea. AndyTheGrump (talk) 23:28, 30 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Too much?

[edit]

The phrase "too much L. Sprague de Camp" appears to describe something that cannot exist in real life. :) --Guy Macon (talk) 17:58, 2 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Daring-do

[edit]

Should be wikt:derring-do. --Amble (talk) 18:42, 3 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Yup, it looks that way. Though in my defence, it seems I'm only wrong because other people (including possibly Spenser) got it wrong first. [1][2][3] AndyTheGrump (talk) 19:49, 3 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Absolutely right. That's part of why I didn't just edit the essay myself. --Amble (talk) 19:59, 3 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
