Saruss rule is never taken in concerned in education & ruled out as memorizing method only. same is written on https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rule_of_Sarrus but I found that its fastestethod for computing determinant. Hence written a code block & published code block of its application. Request you to review this external link accordingly & publish into wiki so that reader can get idea on practical application. Fast determinant computations don't belong in the article on sarrus' rule but in the article on determinants. But before you add it there make sure your algorithm/fast computation method is properly published in literature (meaning math or computingbooks or peer reviewed journals).
