[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but in this edit you removed a speedy deletion tag from Websoham (Web Designing Company), a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Contest this speedy deletion which appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. [edit]Please read WP:CORP about notability for companies, and WP:RS about the reliable independent sources that are needed to prove the notability. Please understand that the company's own site and any social media pages are not considered as reliable independent sources. Wikipedia is not social media like Facebook, where anyone can get a page for themselves or for their company. It is also not a directory where any company can be listed just because the company wants to be. This is an encyclopaedia, and notability must be shown and referenced. There may be other companies in the same line of business that have articles, but their articles may show notability (and reference it properly), or they might simply have been missed (so far) by our patrollers. Please see WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS. Please note as well that if you work for this company, or are acting as a paid agent for them, you must declare this. Please read WP:PCD which explains about paid editing. In addition, you should read WP:COI. Peridon (talk) 11:06, 11 March 2017 (UTC)
Give me a suggest
[edit]Please give me a suggest . How I write a article about a company and musician or any subject and please say about it how I reference it. And probably (BOLLYWOODB1 (talk) 11:11, 11 March 2017 (UTC))
- OK. First of all, DON'T start it off on article space. (That's the place for the articles, and titles don't have another word in front, like User: or Draft:.) Do it in your user space, somewhere like User:BOLLYWOODB1/draft for article. If you click that and save it, it gives you somewhere to work fairly safely. In user space, the patrollers can only tag for attack page, very obvious hoax, text copied from somewhere else (copyright violation), or advertising or promotion. You are not going to write an article attacking someone (I hope), you're not going to write an article about something that you've totally made up, and you're not going to copy the text from a web site somewhere else. Advertising or promotion is the tricky one. Indian English is a lot more 'flowery' than British or American English, and it often looks as like advertising material. You must be very neutral - words like excellent, unique, outstanding, solutions, we, us, you, and things like contact us at... are all regarded as a sign of advertising. Right, that's the style. Now, the content of the article. Articles MUST show notability. For a person, the policy is WP:BIO, for a company WP:CORP, for an actor WP:NACTOR - and there are lots more. The overall policy is WP:GNG. For all subjects, there must be references. You can't say "BloggsCo's buses are red and white" and reference it to "I get on one every day". It must be a published source - a book, a newspaper, or a website. For the colour of those buses, bloggsco.in (the company site) will do. But for something like "BloggsCo buses are well known for being clean and well maintained" or "BloggsCo Buses have a reputation for being late, dirty, and polluting the air", the company site will NOT do. Are they really going to say the truth, that their buses are a load of old wrecks that get swept out once a week, and give off large clouds of smoke? No. But The Kuliwari Gazette might say that, and The Gandanevon Times might agree, and there might be a court case where BloggsCo were ordered to take seven buses off the road. Those are independent sources. The court case report is reliable - the two newspapers might be. (You can't check those out because I've made then up...) If they are newspapers with good reputations (not like The National Enquirer, The Sun, or currently, it seems, The Daily Mail), and they aren't small town papers, they should do. Small papers don't like upsetting their advertisers, and will also publish about any local business because they might become an advertiser...) Social media like Facebook etc, YouTube etc, Twitter etc (except for what someone actually said), and directories like LinkedIn, AboutUs and so on, are not reliable independent sources. Nor are most blogs, or wikis (including Wikipedia), or forum posts.
- When you've got something that looks like it fits, ask for an opinion. I can get someone who hasn't been involved to look at your draft and to give an opinion, and possibly advice. OK? Good luck. It's easy to post here, but not so easy to get it right. Peridon (talk) 11:57, 11 March 2017 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Rishi Banna (singer)
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Rishi Banna (singer), requesting that it be deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under two or more of the criteria for speedy deletion, by which pages can be deleted at any time, without discussion. If the page meets any of these strictly-defined criteria, then it may be soon be deleted by an administrator. The reasons it has been tagged are:
- It appears to be about a person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), individual animal, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. (See section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion.) Such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here.
