Hi! Thanks for your comments on the History of Norfolk article. The lead will grow as I add more sections to the main article, which is why it seems so lopsided at present. It would br great to have your input.--Amitchell125 (talk) 07:10, 27 July 2010 (UTC)

Hello BartlebytheScrivener. I don't think it is "publisher's promo", as you said in the edit summary. The 68 Publishers played crucial role in publication of Czech editions of Kundera's books in the West. The association between Milan Kundera and 68 Publishers deserves not only short mention, but a whole section. --Vejvančický (talk | contribs) 16:09, 7 October 2012 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for October 18
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of historical novels, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Andersonville (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

add /*Reception*/ section and a book review citation
[edit]Requesting help here. Thank you for your notice. I am an editor with the Washington Review of Books and have been adding links to our book reviews -- typically in the "Reception" section, alongside links of reviews from other organizations (Washington Post, New York Times, etc.). I believe that I am adding citations in kind. Perhaps I have gone about this the wrong way? Sorry for not responding sooner. Just returned from vacation. [edit]Really?
[edit]Your "at university" revert as being a Britishism made me laugh. I wrote the phrase and am definitely not British. Perhaps it is Southernese, but definitely AE. Thanks for giving me a smile. SusunW (talk) 00:58, 24 October 2022 (UTC)
- @SusunW: Well, I've lived from coast to coast in the U.S. and I've never heard a native speaker of the American dialect say "at university". The most typical phrase for that is "in college" as The Britannica Dictionary indicates. Really. BartlebytheScrivener (talk) 23:04, 24 October 2022 (UTC)
- Interesting indeed. SusunW (talk) 04:18, 25 October 2022 (UTC)

List of Academics
[edit]Note that the List of Developmental Psychologists is defined in more detail as a list of "academics" influential in the field of developmental psychology. You have taken the shorthand title literally and started deleting entries with comments like "added psychologists; deleted psychoanalysts". Please check that your pedantic approach is correct before doing more damage. Ratel 🌼 (talk) 04:54, 20 November 2023 (UTC)
