The Writer explained how the three philosophers' argumentation about Proviso. As a general audience, I got the idea of what the writer wants to tell the audience from this review but I am not too familiar with the philosophy things so that I did not get the argumentation. If I was familiar with philosophy things, I might understand the detail about that review writing.
