Rules of edit

[edit]

Rule #2- Copying from maps is strictly prohibited.

You need self-revert you edithere because according to rules of edit we can't use all maps as a sources for edit. And secondly source which you use pro-opp. source but we use pro-opp. sources for succes of rebels. Sûriyeya (talk) 17:25, 21 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

We all must follow to rules of edit and not violated them. We can't ignored one of main rules which is clear said that we can't use maps as a source for edit.Sûriyeya (talk) 17:43, 21 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
No problem thats the rules. I will revert my edit Immediately. Bigles (talk) 17:45, 21 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
But not need just ignored data from map! Because on based a data from this map we can seaching other data from crediable sources which can confirm which the villages rebels retake from ISIS. Sûriyeya (talk) 17:50, 21 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
And other opp. source yesterday said that the rebels offensive to take Ayn Dhakar was reppelled by ISIS(LSY). Clashes also reported near Shajarah and Nafiah.here Sûriyeya (talk) 17:53, 21 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Yes you are right ISIS really repelled the assault. Oppostion sources also confirm it: https://twitter.com/Serif_Imamagic0/status/722842776757362688 But whats with Saida Al-Golan? Most of the sources say the village is controlled by Nusra? --Bigles (talk) 18:02, 21 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Which sources? Maybe some of them we can use! Sûriyeya (talk) 18:12, 21 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Reliable source SOHR said that LSY(ISIS) retake all the points who lost in the last few days.here Sûriyeya (talk) 07:16, 22 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Green mark update at Yemeni Civil War map

[edit]

Hello Bigles,

thank you for adding these better visible green marks to the Template. I actually wanted to include these marks in the .svg-map, too, but when I download the mark, the darkgreen border disappears. Any ideas what goes wrong?--Ermanarich (talk) 18:53, 21 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Ermanarich,
i also tried to download the marks and i don't got these problems. Sorry can't help you in this issue.--Bigles (talk) 19:24, 21 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hm... Well, that's strange.

When I download it as .svg version, the darkgreen border dissappears, but in .png it remains. Thanks anyway.--Ermanarich (talk) 19:58, 21 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Aleppo

[edit]

We can not use rebels sources for rebels gains, like you used for Jarez and Yahmul! and where source for Aykadah?--Լրագրող (talk) 21:29, 11 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Syrian Gov. source also confirmed it: https://www.almasdarnews.com/article/syrian-rebels-recapture-two-villages-isis-northern-aleppo/ Bigles (talk) 19:33, 12 May 2016 (UTC) Aykadah was never captured by ISIS terrorists according to many pro Gov. map-makers.[reply]

A little request

[edit]

Hello. As you may noticed, the entire Syriacivilwar map is using a new lime color, which you made. Can you consider changing the color a little bit ? As you can read here, I would like the borders on the circle to remain but could you change back the color as it was, as you can see here, it's a different tone than the original red color, which was the same as for the previous lime version, pure green instead of the current darker version.
