Channel 7 (musician)

[edit]

Just a friendly note on Channel 7 (musician). I declined your speedy deletion request because the awards section is a good faith claim of importance. If you are truly convinced the page should be deleted, AfD is your best bet.--Fabrictramp | talk to me 16:47, 8 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Re this edit summary. If you read Wikipedia:CSD#A7, you'll see why {{db-bio}} clearly is not what you want, and deletion is probably not the way to go. You've mentioned a couple of times that the article has false claims. Which ones are false? I'll be happy to help you out, but you need to give a few more details. Please respond here or on my talk page.--Fabrictramp | talk to me 20:00, 8 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Just blanking the page without answering my questions is a good way to get blocked from editing.
If the artist doesn't like the page (and I've read it several times and honestly can't see a single libelous thing there, which is why I asked you to point out what the problem is), then he may want to read Wikipedia:Biographies_of_living_persons#Dealing_with_articles_about_yourself. Bottom line is that factual errors will be corrected if pointed out (which I've asked you to do). But "not liking" the page isn't a deletion reason. --Fabrictramp | talk to me 20:12, 8 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You have been indefinitely blocked from editing for making legal threats or taking legal action. You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia as long as the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first.

It is at the request of the artist that this page be removed in it's entirety as it is full of misstatements and false claims. It is a burden for 7's staff to maintain the information and we do not wish to be a part of this project.

Please honor the artist and remove this page as requested.

7 does not Co-produce. His name is not Channel 7 - it is Seven Marcus Aurelius He was not born 7-7-77, he is older than me and I was born 4-2-73...

The list goes on and on and on. We do not know how to navigate Wiki and do not wish to participate in this project. Please cease and desist.

Please take a minute to read the link I gave you above, Wikipedia:Biographies_of_living_persons#Dealing_with_articles_about_yourself. I don't have time to work on the article right now, but if you can point me towards some sources that verify the information you'd like corrected, I'll be happy to make the fixes myself on Saturday. You and the artist are under no obligation to participate in Wikipedia, but please make the jobs of the volunteers who do participate easier, not harder. Thanks!--Fabrictramp | talk to me 15:26, 9 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
