No such vandalism.

I don't exactly know how changing Northern Irish to Irish is vandalism. Northern Irish is not even a registered nationality it is simply a term people use if they don't class themselves as Irish. This man however is a catholic GAA man who is Irish and has said so himself. Trying to improve the facts instead of writing fake nationalities is not vandalism, its called being right. — Preceding unsigned comment added by JLSCrawford (talkcontribs) 20:44, 27 July 2013 (UTC)

Interview proof.

The man said so himself on an interview that he is from an Irish nationalist family so surely his own statement is what we should be going by and not using FIFA terms?JLSCrawford (talk) 21:10, 27 July 2013 (UTC)

March 2014 - your changes to Vision West Nottinghamshire College

Information icon Hello, I'm Rocknrollmancer. I wanted to let you know that I undid some of your recent contributions,  to Vision West Nottinghamshire College where you deleted a section of properly-sourced material and added unsourced changes relating to the college name, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. I spent considerable time researching and re-writing this article over the New Year due to unsourced changes made by a staff-member of the College in December (WP:COI).

As is clear from the prose and citations, the correct name is West Nottinghamshire College (of Further Education) and always has been according to Ofsted. Although the commercial trade-name(s) (as used in the title) cannot be denied, these should be kept to a minimum to comply with avoidance of commercial practice hence the use of Vision is clarified but kept to a minimum.

Due to the role played in upscaling the college's activities, the Principal's background is relevant; it is selected achievements, not a CV. I did not introduce this section but I expanded and sourced it. I also added images, as this all helps to provide a better, more-comprehensive reader-experience. The Principal is notable in her own right and would be suitable for a future separate biography article - hence it make sense to retain this already-sourced, semi-biographical material and acknowledge the input already invested by editors; it is not appropriate to delete the section based on your personal opinion as this can be regarded as vandalism, but in this instance I believe you have acted in Good Faith, hence the depth of this explanatory message.

The college is presently in a process of consolidating it's many sites and the Derby Rd site has earlier origins (on a much-reduced scale) than the present-sources suggest for the later main building, but this is not publicly reported upon yet; as Wikipedia is not a news-provider the existing description will suffice. I hope you are in agreement with this rationale. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.-- Rocknrollmancer (talk) 11:26, 6 March 2014 (UTC)

Signal

As Heatwave Radio is part of the Signal Radio Media Academy, it has every right to be mentioned as part of the course. Please reverse these changes accordingly. References within Wiki pages are common so I'm not sure why you take issue with this. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.49.203.43 (talk) 09:49, 23 May 2014 (UTC)

Revisions nor required

Again - Heatwave Radio is part of the Signal Radio Media Academy. It is not advertising and the fact that it is mentioned elsewhere on Wiki is not relevent to it's inclusion here, as all wiki pages have references to other parts / pages. It's inclusion is part of a 2 line entry - hardly wasting space? It appears that you are not averse to making ill informed corrections, which could be considered an abuse of Wikipedia. I am sure this is not in the intended spirit of Wikipedia and I am sure the people who administer the site would take a dim view of your spitful actions. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.49.203.43 (talk) 10:13, 23 May 2014 (UTC)
