Request reason:
the criminal Ian.thomson blocked me on here illegally for political reasons and I have contacted law enforcement and they will be investigating his behavior and when he is indicted for the felony he committed against me he will be extradited to my state to face criminal charges and will likely be sent to prison I was told. My state takes these matters very seriously. I should not have been blocked. I didn't edit any active Wikipedia page and I simply added a talk conversation and was critical of liberal discrimination.
Decline reason:

Request reason:
I did not make an official legal request on Wikipedia. I simply stated the legal facts that I had spoken with members of law enforcement and that they were investigating felony discrimination against me by a user on here. I am allowed to contact law enforcement to report crimes against me. You are essentially bullying and attempting to prevent me from reporting legitimate crimes against me. I don't work for law enforcement and never said I did so it is immediately apparent that I legally can't make legal requests or make legal threats on here so this was obvious a case of discrimination against me that you committed.
Decline reason:

What a legal threat is
[edit]Wikipedia states: "A legal threat is a statement by a party that it intends to take legal action on another party, generally accompanied by a demand that the other party take an action demanded by the first party or refrain from taking or continuing actions objected to by the demanding party.".....
Notice the statement "accompanied by a demand that the other party take an action demanded by the first party or refrain from taking or continuing actions objected to by the demanding party.".....
I did not make any demands of Ian.thomson and I simply stated that I believe I was illegally discriminated against and that this was technically illegal in my particular jurisdiction and I was in contact with law enforcement due to my perceived victimization, which is my legal right.
And any bans for legal threats on Wikipedia are meant to be about the threats of lawsuit or being sued, not for general criminal law enforcement in regards to violating a criminal stature in the criminal code of a jurisdiction. People are allowed to state that they have consulted with law enforcement about a perceived violation of the criminal law.
I am not the person who makes law enforcement determinations or decisions. That is up to law enforcement and then a prosecuting attorney. Cougarrcsnva (talk) 17:21, 14 February 2019 (UTC)
