Editing other people's comments
Please don't do this. No harm done, but it's generally good practice not to edit other people's comments, even if the edit seems trivial. Thanks. Chick Bowen 04:58, 1 December 2011 (UTC)

Hi, I hope you didn't mind the tweaks I did to the page. The top wasn't centred (somehow your C in centre inactivated it, I discovered). I boosted the pics: do you think I make pics too large? Interested to hear your view on this. The bottom pic you chose is stunning, and I thought no harm was done in making it bigger. Tony (talk) 12:01, 5 December 2011 (UTC)
- The bottom image still isn't done loading after 5 minutes. As most of our readers have a decent connection (when I want to upload large files I have to go to a web cafe), I don't think its worth shrinking the image. It truly is a stunning picture. I like your changes, especially adding the Firetail. Thanks for the copyedit! Crisco 1492 (talk) 13:15, 5 December 2011 (UTC)
- And well done, Crisco. I thought at first the asymmetry in the top dual pic wouldn't work, but I think it's fine now. Yes, the bottom pic is STUNNING. I think we count on WPians having fairly fast download speeds. Hope so. Just how the page pans out on a mobile device is another issue I've not even thought about. Any tips? Tony (talk) 04:03, 7 December 2011 (UTC)
- I don't use it, so I wouldn't know; my home access averages 40 kbps on the satellite modem, while the wi-fi (when it's working) tops out at maybe 400kbps. Does the mobile app even load pictures? :-s Crisco 1492 (talk) 04:34, 7 December 2011 (UTC)

GA review of ? (film)
Hi,
I'm reviewing your GAN of ? (film). I have left some comments at Talk:? (film)/GA1. Please feel free to contact me with questions or feedback.
Best wishes, MathewTownsend (talk) 21:22, 17 December 2011 (UTC)
- Did you look at my latest comments at Talk:? (film)/GA1? I think bringing the Indonesian Constitution in, percentages of members of religious groups etc. may be straying from a focus on the film. Also, to say "? is mainly about interfaith relations in Indonesia" IMHO is denying that it is a work of fiction, a story about three families, which is what you originally said, I believe, before I interfered! The film is mainly about the characters in the film, isn't it, against a backdrop of the religious conflict. I say this, of course, not having seen the film myself. But I'm assuming it is a work of fiction and not a documentary. I'm afraid I did you wrong! MathewTownsend (talk) 03:27, 18 December 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah, I have replied there. I thought it would be a bit better to have further background, but if you disagree no problem. Sorry for the late reply, I had to go out. Crisco 1492 (talk) 03:29, 18 December 2011 (UTC)
- Do you have a problem with any of the edits I have made? I'm ready to pass it but please feel free to make any changes that you feel are needed. MathewTownsend (talk) 16:40, 18 December 2011 (UTC)

Hi - I've reviewed your DYK nomination. It was mostly OK, but one of the references was not in English, so I could not verify ALT5. The most interesting fact I discovered (while checking ALT4) was that Garendi was a boy of about ten years old (according to Raffles, p243) when proclaimed Sunan. Is there a reason why this interesting fact wasn't included in the article or added to ALT4? Does the non-English reference contradict it? It just seems too interesting to miss, and perfect for a DYK! Wikiwayman (talk) 11:56, 19 December 2011 (UTC)
