Unfairly Blocked
[edit]I was just complaining on WP:AN and I never even went to WP:ANI Plus for some strange reason the ipblock list keeps saying the block expires tomorrow when I've been blocked for a month (and the message stayed the same!
- No mistake, you've been indefinitely blocked, if you're trying to evade that block by logging out and using another account or editing while logged out the autoblocker will continue to block you for 24 hour periods. I suggest you contact the blocking admin as described in the block message. --pgk(talk) 21:25, 23 April 2006 (UTC)
When will I be unblocked? It says I'm unblocked the next day, but when the next day comes it says I'm unblocked the next day and so on!
- Read the message I gave you above. It will continue to autoblock you for 24 hour periods indefinitely. Contact the admin who blocked you. --pgk(talk) 21:19, 9 May 2006 (UTC)
I don't know his e-mail! So for now can I keep the unblock sign?
- The block message gives you a link to email him through. --pgk(talk) 17:21, 10 May 2006 (UTC)
Warning.
[edit]Okay. It's clear that you're not totally ignorant of what you're doing.
Stop it. Or you'll be blocked from editing. This is your warning. DS 14:50, 28 February 2006 (UTC)
A few points
[edit]First, it's always a good idea to sign your messages on talk pages.
Second, you become an admin by being nominated by other users, who discuss the issue for a while, and vote on it. If a proper consensus is reached, a "bureaucrat" makes you an admin.
Third, warning you wasn't a mistake. DS 14:15, 2 March 2006 (UTC)
As requested
[edit]For instance, here - [1]. This sort of thing - don't do it. It's a pain in the ass.
Admin voting is at WP:RFA, but if you have a reputation for being a jerk your vote will be discounted. DS 14:20, 2 March 2006 (UTC)
Stop.
[edit]First, do not change messages on your talk page so as to make it look like you're being praised instead of warned. That's dishonest.
Next - I didn't realize that you would consider "pain in the ***" to be swearing; I apologize. Different people have different standards.
As for linking every single word in a sentence - other people were not fine with it. Your edit was reverted as vandalism. It's the sort of thing that could be excused in a totally new user, but not in someone who has been around for a while and contributed some worthwhile entries - that's what I meant when I said it was clear you weren't totally ignorant of what you were doing. Redirects
[edit]Don't create redirects to nonexistent articles, as you did with The top ten of everything. android79 19:14, 2 March 2006 (UTC)
Exterior has been proposed for deletion. An editor felt this is more of a dictionary definition than an encyclopedia article. Please review WP:WINAD for relevant guidelines. NickelShoe 03:11, 3 March 2006 (UTC)
Please stop. If you continue to vandalize pages, as you did to Wikipedia:Notability, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. -- Syrthiss 17:32, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

- I reviewed this user's activities. Block unwarranted. Admins are to unblock this user at once and apologize.
AfD nomination of Zeke (character)
[edit]Zeke (character), an article you created, has been nominated for deletion. We appreciate your contributions. However, an editor does not feel that Zeke (character) satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Zeke (character) and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Zeke (character) during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Collectonian 21:05, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
Speedy deletion nomination of Bang! Howdy
[edit]You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
A tag has been placed on Bang! Howdy requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject of the article is important or significant: that is, why an article about it should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.
If you can assert the importance of the subject, . Clicking that button will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the article's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. You may freely add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.
See the guidelines for specific types of articles: biographies, websites, bands, or companies. Banaticus (talk) 00:37, 10 January 2012 (UTC)
