Request for Mediation
Scuba
Thanks for the semi-protect on scuba. The nuisance vandalism was becoming annoying. - Lsi john 17:58, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
Is it time to semi-protect the talk page too? Lsi john 14:36, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
Ok, I scrolled back through the edits and it seemed that these two love-birds had moved to 'talk' from the 'article' page.
Heh, i seriously jacked my request for semi-protect.. gota love the self-revert feature. Lsi john 14:42, 28 April 2007 (UTC)
Lady Nina
While I have no problem in the removal of the credit report this was attached as it was claimed the date of birth was unsourced. It wasn't it is just impossible to link to the relevent information. --Vivbaker 13:09, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
Working Group - Trying to start a discussion
I've suggested getting the Working Group together at Wikipedia_talk:Attribution/Working_Group to start talking about any potential compromise on the attribution policy issue. Perahaps you can add the page to your watchlist. I have also mentioned this page in the community discussion, so there is public awareness of this discussion. Hopefully you will be willing to participate. Thanks. zadignose 19:03, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
BLP vs Biography
Aviation disasters are not in scope of WikiProject Biography, and the template for WikiProject Biography should not be abused as an easy tool with which you can put other templates on talk pages. I've done the work for you, and copied the relevant bit out of {{WPBiography}}, so the warning still exists without the article being in scope of WikiProject Biography. Errabee 11:59, 1 May 2007 (UTC)
- Lol, apparently I did it the hard way :) I wasn't aware that {{blp}} even existed, and I hadn't spotted that edit so I copied the relevant bit out of {{WPBiography}}. Mea culpa. Errabee 12:22, 1 May 2007 (UTC)
Your recent revert of my edits
Hi. Just a minute ago, you reverted 4 edits I had made to various parts of WP:BLP (including a grammatical change), whereas your edit summary applied to only one. If you disagree with that one edit, please just revert it ... and not everything. Please undo your edit and revert more selectively. Thank you, Black Falcon (Talk) 19:31, 2 May 2007 (UTC)
- Never mind ... the page has been protected due to edit warring. -- Black Falcon (Talk) 01:25, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
Gol Flight 1907
Hi there again. Kudos on keeping the article up to date and reworking it for GA status. I haven't been paying enough attention to developments to be of much help, but I'm still watching the article. Fvasconcellos (t·c) 00:31, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
Dude, STOP vandalizing HOLOCAUST article
Dude, you are making hundreds of edits and every day you delete facts about Bosniak victims. If this continues, I will report you to the administrator for vandalism. Bosniak 01:59, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
Ops, wrong message, this was intended for SlimVirgin. Bosniak 02:06, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
Thank you
Thank you very much for the Holocaust Memorial Star! The feedback is very much appreciated and in fact has made my day. :-) SlimVirgin (talk) 00:42, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
I noticed that you reversed much of the reversion to the (modified) 17 April version of WP:NPA. I was hoping to discuss this action with you. There has been subsantial debate regarding the wording and structure of this page on its talk page over the last several weeks (and elsewhere before that); there has, unfortunately, actually been a great deal of dispute, which I have attempted to informally mediate.
I do not know if you have been aware of this discussion and debate. I have not reverted your changes at this time; I have no interest in re-kindling the edit war I have been trying to diffuse, nor of appearing to do so. However, I would welcome you to join the dialogue and discussion on the issue, or to inform me if there is some reason that the 17 April version would not be suitable to reflect community consensus on the issue.
Thank you, Serpent's Choice 04:47, 8 May 2007 (UTC)
159.
I suggest you don't debate with 159.... on The Holocaust. S/he's just here to spout denialism and will not listen to any argument. Just ignore the posts. Paul B 13:46, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
- It's your decision of course. Paul B 13:52, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
Same user as slimVirgin
Are you the same person as SlimVirgin by any chance. It's funny you both edit the same articles, do the same annoying revert of everything and seem to never be editing at the same time (yet one picks up where the other leaves off). NathanLee 18:25, 9 May 2007 (UTC)
