Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page Roma Termini railway station do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Goochelaar (talk) 20:03, 18 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. --McGeddon (talk) 14:01, 24 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. I just had a chat with another user at the above thread, and thought I would drop by just to link you to WP:EL, which is our policy on external links. I can see from your edit summaries that you are very aware of our policies on WP:SPAM already, so that is fine. I hope you enjoy browsing the policy, and happy editing. I've removed all the external links you added, since they are certainly not reliable sources. Acceptable sources for nutritional information on Wikipedia are things like the USDA National Nutrient Database, not websites that don't cite their sources and don't give authorship information. Even though the link you added is non-commercial, it still promotes a particular way to lose weight, and promotional links like that are not acceptable on Wikipedia. If you are related to the site in any way, you should definitely not add the links per the conflict of interest guideline. Instead, you should ask uninvolved editors to add them by writing messages on article talk pages. Graham87 14:53, 10 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
