Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Nahariya has been reverted.
Your edit here to Nahariya was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://www.YouTube.com/NahariyaCity) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. a sound or video file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy, as well as other parts of our external links guideline. If the information you linked to is indeed in violation of copyright, then such information should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file, or consider linking to the original.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 13:24, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi David Keselman! Please don't revert other people's edits without a good reason, as you did in the article Nahariya. Your edits were problematic because they were promotional and non-encyclopedic. Please use the talk page if you'd like to insert them back. —Ynhockey (Talk) 18:23, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you don't understand Hebrew please send me an Email with the word "English" , thank you. User:David Keselman (Talk) 11:10, 25 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi David,
Firstly, if you work for the Nahariya municipality, please review our conflict of interest guideline.
Secondly, please note that our aim here is to write an encyclopedia. Wikipedia is not a travel guide, and promotional content isn't limited to businesses, but also to things like cities. You can write about hotels in the city, but they should be mentioned in a wider context (i.e. a paragraph or section about tourism in the city). Noting how many stars certain hotels have should only be done if this serves an encyclopedic purpose.
The same can be said about all the other things you inserted. Having lists of attractions is not too helpful. The list of landmarks is probably acceptable, but it was so poorly written and sourced, that I felt that leaving just that wouldn't be helpful either.
Regarding the images, I wouldn't mind putting back one or two, but currently the article has little space for them. Moreover, while I believe you when you say that the images are under CC-BY-SA, it also feels as if they were scanned from a book or another photo, which may infringe on copyrights. It is important to be careful in that regard.
I hope my explanation was helpful.
