Your edit to Template:Sgx
[edit]Hi Dingar! Thanks for editing WP! I appriciate your help. However, you recently messed up with this edit to the sgx template, in which you added a category and two language links. While doing so, you added two new lines between the </includeonly> and <noinclude> tags. For some reason, the template was then transcluded into the articles e.g. like this:
This affected quite some articles, and it stayed for more then one day before I fixed it. I'm not sure why your edit caused this.
I thought I let you know. Don't worry about it though, everybody makes a mistake now and then ;-). Again, thanks for trying to help! Cheers, Face 22:01, 16 May 2008 (UTC)
100 yuan note
[edit]Hi Dingar-- Thanks for your note regarding the authenticity of the 100 Yuan note in my Yuan illustration. The note in the bottom right corner was released as a special issue in 2000 to celebrate the third millenium. My source for the image was, http://aes.iupui.edu/rwise/countries/china_peoples_rep.html
You can also find it here, http://currencyhouse.blogspot.com/2008/08/china-100-yuan-millennium-commemorative.html
I believe this commemorative note was handled in a similar fashion as the notes the PBC produced to celebrate the Olympics, and which aren't listed on their website either. Pixel23 (talk) 17:29, 20 October 2008 (UTC)
- This note was produced as a commemorative primarily for the sake of selling it to collectors. It doesn't appear in general circulation, though it is legal tender. 24.8.252.164 (talk) 22:42, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
