Speedy deletion nomination of Rachelle Lynne
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Rachelle Lynne requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, you can place a request here. Hqb (talk) 11:41, 17 October 2013 (UTC)

Do not move the article, or any other article, out of article space into your user space. Thanks. PamD 12:23, 17 October 2013 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but you removed a speedy deletion tag from Rachelle Lynne, a page you have created yourself. If you believe the page should not be deleted, you may contest the deletion by clicking on the button that says: Click here to contest this speedy deletion and appears inside the speedy deletion notice. This will allow you to make your case on the page's talk page. Administrators will consider your reasoning before deciding what to do with the page. Thank you. Hqb (talk) 12:25, 17 October 2013 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to Irish Canadian, without good reason. They need to have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Also, if a page move is being discussed, consensus needs to be reached before anybody moves the page. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. –anemoneprojectors– 12:33, 17 October 2013 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Spanish New Zealander
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Spanish New Zealander requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, images, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.
PamD 12:39, 17 October 2013 (UTC)
Smooth Radio presenter history
[edit]Hi, just noticed your changes to Smooth Radio presenter history and was curious as their schedule lists Dave Brown and David Prever as having been on air today. I also caught come of their shows, but didn't stick around for long as I'm not a huge fan of the new Smooth. Are they disappearing from the station's lineup? Paul MacDermott (talk) 16:18, 19 October 2013 (UTC)
- Thanks for getting back to me. I'm guessing the "on-air now" box at the top of the page was listing the shows as automated, but their schedule still suggests they have presenters. In all honesty though, for the amount of on-air contribution that's heard from Smooth's presenters nowadays, it may as well be automated. Paul MacDermott (talk) 15:48, 21 October 2013 (UTC)
