Comments by another user
  • Lede - adequate citations.
  • Biography - bad section title - no citations.
  • Military Service - this has 7 paragraphs. One sentence in the 4th paragraph, and one in the 6th paragraph have citations. The rest is uncited.
  • Chairman of the Paratroops Heritage Association - two paragraphs with no citations.
  • CEO of the Yahad-United for Israel's Soldiers Fund (UFIS) - four paragraphs - 2nd paragraph has citations. The rest is uncited.
  • Personal life - two sentences with one citation.

If we checked the citations, we could see where the cited information comes from. But where does the rest of the information come from? If you had a source for it, why have you not cited it?-- Toddy1 (talk) 08:32, 17 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

There would also be value in trying to find a date for some of the citations. I admit that with some[1] this could be hard - but often the information makes more sense if the reader knows when it was written/published. Even an access-date would be useful - since URLs are not forever, an access date would help in finding an archived copy.-- Toddy1 (talk) 08:36, 17 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

WP:RSEDITORIAL says: "Editorial commentary, analysis and opinion pieces, whether written by the editors of the publication (editorials) or outside authors (op-eds) are reliable primary sources for statements attributed to that editor or author, but are rarely reliable for statements of fact." The following source is marked as "opinion" by the Jerusalem Post, so its reliability is questionable. Please also note that The Jerusalem Post is a newspaper. So, you should have {{cite not {{cite web, and |work=[[The Jerusalem Post]] not |website=jpost. The citation template should have |date= 2 February 2017. You got the author wrong: it should says |first1=Greer Fay |last1=Cashman, not |publisher=GREER FAY CASHMAN

  • "Grapevine: A 10-gallon hat for Galant". jpost. GREER FAY CASHMAN.

There is no objection to non-English sources. And giving the original language title is good, e.g. |title=רס"ן יחיאל גוזל . But there is also a |trans-title= field in the citation template, where you can put a translation of the title in English. Since I assume that you understand both Hebrew and English, this will not be a great burden for you.-- Toddy1 (talk) 08:57, 17 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
