Decline reason:

I agree that you do not have the written English skills required for contributing effectively to the English Wikipedia. May I suggest the Hindi Wikipedia? MER-C 09:31, 3 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Drykt, notability is only one of the issues with what you've been doing. In many cases, you've been using a highly promotional tone. Just from a single article of yours, that was deleted for blatantly promotional tone: ("...Shri Manish Gupta Sh. Deepak Gupta are carry forwarding his vision...", "...impart quality education..."). That has been a significant problem with many of your edits. Both tone and content on Wikipedia must be neutral, and must seek neither to promote or denigrate anyone or anything. They also should not use peacock adjectives, just neutrally describe. Additionally, several of your edits have been copyright violations. You cannot simply copy and paste text into Wikipedia from other sources, except for short and properly attributed and used quotes or excerpts. You'll need to address these issues as well. Also, could you please tell me how you would determine whether a subject is a suitable one to write an article about? Seraphimblade Talk to me 16:02, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
User talk:SeraphimbladeSir, as you found that there were no references directly attached to the same. So I assure you even a single line or phrase will be used only with references. I will find the notability with the references. My main interest is to create the pages related to villages and pages of retired professors (those who have contributed a lot in field of literature, research and remained on notable key positions as jurist, historian etc.). I am thankful for considering my request to unblock.Drkyt (talk) 02:13, 20 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I'm concerned by your comment that "I assure you even a single line or phrase will be used only with references", as it suggests you think that adding a reference allows you to copy other people's text into Wikipedia? It does not, and you must not copy material from elsewhere into Wikipedia articles (with some small exceptions such as for use as a direct quote). Material you add to Wikipedia articles must be written in your own words. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 09:50, 20 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
User talk:Boing! said Zebedee i agree not to use copied material and I will write in my own language.Drkyt (talk) 10:12, 20 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Also of concern is the use of 'we': suggesting shared use. Perhaps (if appeal it's successful) mentoring might be of help in the future? Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi 12:44, 20 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I'm also a bit concerned about the level of English competency shown, especially in the excerpts given above. —Jeremy v^_^v Bori! 06:12, 21 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I assert that I will adhere with the rules and I will do my edits sparingly. English is a second language for me, so it is to be taken secondary.Drkyt (talk) 16:44, 22 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
As I have requested earlier that I will do anything sparingly. Please consider my request to unblock.Drkyt (talk) 02:37, 24 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sorry, but I don't really see any indication that you've actually understood what's wrong or that these things will improve. However, you have your unblock request up, so another admin will be able to consider what you've said as well. If they think it's enough, I've no objection to any decision they may make. A tag has been placed on P. P. Singh requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
