Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your edit(s) to Rosalía de Castro, it is recommended that you use the preview button before you save; this helps you find any errors you have made, reduces edit conflicts, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Muito obrigado também pelas melhorias ao artigo e por suas traduções ao inglês dos poemas dela. Capmo (talk) 11:10, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The problem is that no matter how many sandboxes I use, there is invariably something that needs changing. A perfectionist is never finished.

I enjoyed translating a wee bit of her beautiful Galician poetry and discovering for myself what some puzzling lines like "To the hem of my head pillows" or "O pe dos meus cabezais" really mean. Lots more to be done.EduardoFreireCanosa (talk) 02:35, 17 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of "file" pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Discussion of Rosalía de Castro article

[edit]

Hi. I'm impressed by all the work you've done on Rosalía de Castro. However, have you noticed the comments that another user and I put at the talk page? Some of the topics are whether the poems and your translations should go at Wikisource and whether the section on the Galician emigration should go in another article. I hope we can discuss those. —JerryFriedman (Talk) 05:59, 11 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, we already have. It just takes me awhile to get used to all this editing/replying syntax.EduardoFreireCanosa (talk) 02:21, 17 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Dolores Ibárruri

[edit]

I am impressed by your work at Dolores Ibárruri. The article pops up almost daily at my watch list. It is always you who made the edits, and the edits are usually very good.

I shall probably present the article as a candidate for Wikipedia:Featured articles.

Meanwhile...

Thank you very much for your kind comments. Please wait until I am finished rewriting the biography before submitting the entry to a candidacy.EduardoFreireCanosa (talk) 02:19, 17 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Copy that. Please drop a line at my talk page once you have finished. CU! Randroide (talk) 15:23, 17 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

—Yeah, your encomium of this Madelyn Murray O’Hair of red princesses is a model of neutrality for Wikipedia biographies. In the event you would have any interest, I added a comment after your apologia on the talk page of the article.HistoryBuff14 (talk) 23:27, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
