[edit]
Thank you, will proceed as you suggested, best regards Eleanorahon (talk) 11:32, 24 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
If you would like to be unblocked, you need to first appeal the global lock of Eleonorahon by emailing stewards@wikimedia.org. If that is successful, then return to your original Eleonorahon account and submit an unblock request from there. Do not create any more accounts here, they will also be blocked as sockpuppets. DanCherek (talk) 11:35, 24 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, definitely, that is what is hapenning... I' ve already send one mail to stewards, but replied them late, after did not get response and mailed them once again today...Many thanks!! Eleanorahon (talk) 11:39, 24 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Hello please asking for unblock and support while creating articles, for my Eleonorahon account with email provided. As I had explained many times was not aware of term sockpuppeting and reacted in panics to help conserving article about Noravisionsolar project I still believe is important and that will be shown in the future anyway. As the delegation of article Norma De Saint Picman Noravisionsolar has been in question some other editor that has been working for paid Wikipedia Articles approached me and proposed help, with supporting my article by his team. He mentioned also I can support it by myself so I did. As I entered a page from another browser, as explained previously many times without any consideration from Wikipedia s side, I'd entered with another account even without paying attention, and supported my article from there. As I have already written to stewards once before and it did not evolved, I've been nervous today as it did not move further, and created another, but very similar account, with sightly added name but same email so to show that it is the same person, as a global account for Wikiudata, as I have read that it should be created another global account to enter developer portal. So that is the whole story. I sure understand I can not have multiple accounts / at least at that stage, as I see that editors can have them. I see that should post a conflict of interest on my articles if they are somehow linked to me, but as I have read and been also a part of Women in Red project, and should work on that further, best regardsEleanorahon (talk) 12:24, 24 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

We can do nothing for you here on this wiki until you get the global lock removed, for that you need to contact a Steward(see [1]). 331dot (talk) 14:01, 25 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Hi DanCherek I see now you blocked me , how come? I've explained the situation, so where should I post now for unblock? I even did not change email and username slightly as wanted to show that it is the same person while trying to access Wikidata / where should I post now for unblocking ? Eleanorahon (talk) 12:06, 24 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You are globally locked so you should not be making any edits to any Wikimedia project (including Wikipedia, Wikidata, WikiQuote, ...) until the stewards have lifted that restriction. Please wait for their email reply; lifting the global lock is a prerequisite to any unblock requests on any project. DanCherek (talk) 12:17, 24 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Ok Understand will wait again, but as I said, the first round has been left unanswered, best regards Eleanorahon (talk) 12:27, 24 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
331dot, DanCherek, the stewards won't lift a global lock without some sign from a local wiki that they are actively considering unblocking the user. The first step is to have the user appeal to ArbCom who will discuss and then start the dance with the stewards. Cabayi (talk) 21:24, 10 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Sounds like a chicken or the egg problem, but I didn't know it was for ArbCom. Thanks 331dot (talk) 21:34, 10 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
