Brunel articles, plural -- affects both IKB and Marc, and many other pages no doubt (see User Contribs).
I tried in Firefox, Google Chrome and IE6 with no success. If the required plug-in were stated, that would be an improvement, however that website should realise that a large percentage of its potential viewers will not be able to view the content, and should handle this gracefully -- providing the necessary plug-ins, etc.
