If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Targeted and low-threshold primary health care outlet, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.
If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. DGG ( talk ) 21:38, 24 March 2012 (UTC)

Whoops! Sorry, I didn't mean to wipe our your edits, but the first order of business is to get rid of that "newsrelease" tag. What I've done is try to show that there are other points of view and to try to get the readers to come to the proper conclusions rather than overtly proselytizing.
The bold text entry does need to be improved, but it needs to match the article title; that involves moving the article and making appropriate redirects while preserving edit history. That's a little complicated, definitely second in priority to preventing the article from being deleted. Stigmatella aurantiaca (talk) 07:25, 26 March 2012 (UTC)
Hi, I placed a request on DGG's talk page that he should re-evaluate the "newsrelease" tag that he placed on your article. I think that my edits will make it acceptable to him. Assuming the tag gets removed, I'll help you move/rename the article. Good luck! Stigmatella aurantiaca (talk) 03:07, 27 March 2012 (UTC)
- DGG agreed to remove the tag, so now we can think about renaming the article. Could you suggest some possible titles? We can pick a reasonable-sounding title and redirect synonyms to the main page. I'll take a look at some your edit that I had accidentally wiped out. There was a plausible title in there, as I recall. Stigmatella aurantiaca (talk) 11:26, 27 March 2012 (UTC)
- I did a lot of googling of different key words. I'm thinking of "low-threshold services for drug users" as the article title, with low-threshold services, low-threshold healthcare, low-threshold health care, low-threshold harm reduction, low threshold services, low threshold healthcare, low threshold health care, low threshold harm reduction as redirects. Stigmatella aurantiaca (talk) 20:02, 27 March 2012 (UTC)
Dear Stigmatella, thanks for your persistent efforts. what about "Low-threshold health care for drug users"? My experience says low-threshold healthcare centres are also accessed by people who do not inject (e.g. heroin smoker). Therefore, instead of saying "Low-threshold.... for injecting drug users" we better make it a bit broader "Low-threshod...for drug users". You may also like to put "Low-threshold services for drug users", but then it becomes much broader as I know there are few welfare services (not specifically health really) catering the needs for vulnerable people most of whom are drug users. Based on my knowledge on literature and that the current way the article is written I would recommend "Low-threshold health care for drug users".
Regards, Feeha (talk) 00:54, 28 March 2012 (UTC)
- Well, Googling has left me totally confused. There are lots of synonyms in the literature for these services; no one term seems dominant. I finally settled on a choice that doesn't leave me entirely happy, nor do I think you'd be too happy with it either. But it is about as common as any other term: "Low-threshold treatment programs"
- I've put in a lot of redirects, because "low threshold" and "low-threshold" are not the same, nor "health care" and "healthcare". Low threshold healthcare for drug users, Low-threshold healthcare for drug users, Low-threshold health care for drug users, Low threshold health care for drug users, Low-threshold health care, Targeted primary health care, Low threshold harm reduction, Low threshold services, Low-threshold harm reduction, Low-threshold services. Stigmatella aurantiaca (talk) 03:04, 28 March 2012 (UTC)
- Ease of typing trumps precision. I know you want to be precise, but "Low-threshold health care for drug users" is too many words. Stigmatella aurantiaca (talk) 03:36, 28 March 2012 (UTC)
- Well, looking the article over, I think that I've done as much as I can. Have fun expanding on it! Despite the attention that I've given it, it is really your article at its core. I see other new articles being submitted that need attention. Good luck! Stigmatella aurantiaca (talk) 03:44, 28 March 2012 (UTC)
Stigmatella, I thank you so much for your excellent work on this topic. Would love to work with you in near future. May God bless you. Regards Feeha (talk) 10:04, 28 March 2012 (UTC)
