np... well it was originally my own assessment, which prompted me to ggl the phenomenon, and thus discover that others had made a similar observation. It's objectively a thing, the mid-Atlantic accent, deployment of which had its time frame. Selection of more specific time frame was based on the extant description of the character's attributes. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve.
