[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to 16 (band), did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot.
- Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
- Cluebot produces very few false positives, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been detected as unconstructive, please report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
- The following is the log entry regarding this warning: 16 (band) was changed by Followthreaper (u) (t) making a minor change with obscenities on 2010-01-07T20:52:10+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot (talk) 20:52, 7 January 2010 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Baroness (band) has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://heavymetal.about.com/od/bestof2009/tp/2009bestheavymetalcds.01.htm (matching the regex rule \babout\.com\b).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 02:00, 8 January 2010 (UTC)
- Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added such as to the page Cephalic Carnage do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia.

- Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Brutal Truth. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it.

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to Burnt by the Sun (band), you will be blocked from editing. Your edits have been automatically marked as vandalism and have been automatically reverted. If you believe there has been a mistake and would like to report a false positive, please report it here and then remove this warning from your talk page. If your edit was not vandalism, please feel free to make your edit again after reporting it. The following is the log entry regarding this vandalism: Burnt by the Sun (band) was changed by Followthreaper (u) (t) making a minor change with obscenities on 2010-01-08T17:38:18+00:00 . Thank you. This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits. The next time you insert a spam link, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. Request reason:
sorry, I am new to Wikipedia, but I am doing nothing but helping out band sites for a Record label. I do not find this vandalism AT ALL.
Decline reason:
Please don't open another unblock request until your first one has been reviewed. This one has been dealt with below. — Daniel Case (talk) 22:27, 14 January 2010 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

- I'm not sure that I see any vandalism, either, but I am concerned by your lack of response to the numerous messages above, all of which were regarding those links you've been adding. Is there some reason you didn't respond to those? – Luna Santin (talk) 23:42, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
- I am concerned by what you mean when you say "helping out band sites for a record label". --Smashvilletalk 14:37, 14 January 2010 (UTC)

Request reason:
I apologize sincerely, I am new, I did not know that I was suppose to respond, and when I say "help band sites" I am affliated with Relapse Records and I help out on making sure the information is correct on the page and making sure that their link to the official relapse bio is on there.
Decline reason:
I advise you take the advice offered below before requesting unblock again. Beeblebrox (talk) 21:04, 17 January 2010 (UTC)

- Here are some tips for getting unblocked. Please read over WP:LINKSPAM, which is the relevant policy that you are breaking. Also note that Wikipedia is not a repository for external links and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for promotion. Also please read over our guidelines for editing with a conflict of interest. We highly discourage linking to companies that you are affiliated with. If you want an admin to unblock you, you should take these policies to heart and demonstrate that you will be willing to change your behaviour to abide by them.
