Hi Ben. A quick question. Could you possibly clarify why you removed this phrase: "The ministry should encourage young people to become involved in church by allowing them to use their talents, and skills in participatory activities." from the Youth Ministry article on Protestant Christianity? I didn't write it, so its not a problem to me. But I'm curious, as it seemed one of the more reasonable and balanced bits of the article. Now it just emphasises evangelism. Thanks for your prompt explanation and swift amendment. Cheers, Ray Ellis 10:24, 20 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'd be happy with any clarified, more precise, and/or more encyclopediac wording. The reason I reverted was that I couldn't even figure out much of the meaning of the change, the writing was so bad. Need enough form to determine what the function is, nevermind whether it's a good function. Feel free to rewrite as you like. DMacks 23:42, 29 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
