A short Esperanzial update
[edit]As you may have gathered, discussions have been raging for about a week on the Esperanza talk page as to the future direction of Esperanza. Some of these are still ongoing and warrant more input (such as the idea to scrap the members list altogether). However, some decisions have been made and the charter has hence been amended. See what happened. Basically, the whole leadership has had a reshuffle, so please review the new, improved charter.
As a result, we are electing 4 people this month. They will replace JoanneB and Pschemp and form a new tranche A, serving until December. Elections will begin on 2006-07-02 and last until 2006-07-09. If you wish to run for a Council position, add your name to the list before 2006-07-02. For more details, see Wikipedia:Esperanza/June 2006 elections.
Thanks and kind, Esperanzial regards, —Celestianpower háblame 16:00, 23 June 2006 (UTC)

Hi there. I'd value your input on this article. Thank you. TimVickers 05:39, 25 November 2006 (UTC)
Why is there a problem? He beat Michael Bennett (boxer) and Jason Estrada who both bombed out in the pros too (scott has yet to lose). He beat Sultan Ibragimov who is fighting for the WBO title soon and IBF challenger DaVarryl Williamson. He was an amateur star, won among others the junior world championships.German.Knowitall 18:55, 3 January 2007 (UTC) Plesiorycteropus[edit]You said that there should be a picture of the Plesiorycteropus on its talk page. I can help you there by making one, but I need to know, can you either A: show me the image on a website or B: describe it to me in words? If either of these, I can whip up an image! --KnowledgeLord 07:01, 11 January 2007 (UTC) In response[edit]Thanks a ton for your help, but I'll see what I can do. --KnowledgeLord 09:39, 11 January 2007 (UTC) Corsica Cola[edit]Regarding the Corsica Cola article; I have simply performed a direct translation of the French article to English. Whilst I agree that the article reads like an advertisement and that a photo would be great, I only partake in translations of articles on wikipedia as this is where my strengths lie. I would prefer to leave it to other wikipedians to arrange and fill in extra information, I have no expertise at all on corsican cola - it was just an easy translation project I took up. Thanks for tidying up the template anyhow. Jono 16:24, 20 January 2007 (UTC)

I will try to find some more background on the issue - as I said in the discussion, my books have let me down on this one! The boundary was always the Urals Mts. from the north along the east side, and the waterways Black Sea, Aegean, Med, and Atlantic to the southeast, south and southwest. --Bejnar 15:13, 12 May 2007 (UTC)
Non-free use disputed for Image:04caudillo.jpg[edit]
Thanks for uploading Image:04caudillo.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read carefully the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content and then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
Zeitgeist[edit]I see that you have started Zeitgeist (2006 film), various other incarnations of that article have been deleted at least 3 times today alone in various incarnations Zeitgeist, The Movie and Zeitgeist the movie. Is there any claim to notability for this film? The imdb entry was written by the film maker, there is no assertion that the film was ever distributed or any WP:RSes that the film is notable. Can you provide any? In the interim I am tagging for speedy deletion. If you google Nuralagus, you'll get two or three pages, one of which seems to have some useful information and another has the title of the dissertation. I found the reference in the following paper: Quintana, J. and J. Agusti. 2007. Los mamíferos insulares del Mioceno medio y superior de Menorca (islas Baleares, Mediterráneo occidental). Geobios, 40(5): 677-687 I would ask that the genus and species names not be used on the page until the animal has been formally named in a published paper. --Helioseus 15:12, 11 November 2007 (UTC)

Presto54 (talk) 16:59, 8 October 2011 (UTC) Non-free rationale for File:Sweetness and.jpg[edit]Thanks for uploading or contributing to File:Sweetness and.jpg. I notice the file page specifies that the file is being used under non-free content criteria, but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia is acceptable. Please go to the file description page, and edit it to include a non-free rationale. If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified the non-free rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page.
