Your edit(s) to the article 2006 World Series

[edit]

Your contributions are very much appreciated. However, it should be noted that there has been a discussion about it a while ago. The final consensus was, I believe, to leave a link to the article's quotations in Wikiquote , which is already here on the right side. A shortcut of the collection of quotations can be found here for your own convenience. Regards, Vic226(chat) 14:53, 1 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Only people who held the ECW title in August 1999 are considered world champs. TJ Spyke 21:56, 22 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

ROH

[edit]

The ROH Title does NOT have world title status (it doesn't matter if ROH says it does or not), so stop adding the world champion category to wrestlers that won the title unless they won a real world title. TJ Spyke 00:08, 13 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

We go by PWI. PWI has not given it world title status, they have given the TNA title world title status though (it took over NWA's title spot when TNA withdrew from NWA). TJ Spyke 02:56, 13 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
PWI mentions lots of titles in their almanac. They also listed ECW for several years before granting the ECW Championship world title status. Hell, just look at PWI magazine and you can even see they call the ROH "ROH Championship", not "ROH World Championship" (the only titles they use "World" with are the WWE Championship and the World Heavyweight Championship, which they refer to as "Raw World Championship" and "SmackDown World Championship" to avoid any confusion.). Vandalism

[edit]

Please stop adding unsourced material to the Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato pages, as it is considered vandalism. If you have something to add, please discuss it in the talk page, or find a reliable source before you decided to put it. Thankyou. Narcotics (talk) 12:46, 18 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I do understand where you're comming from, as I am also avid Selena and Demi fans. I know about their duet as well, but until it is offically confirmed (name, preview, etc...) from a reliable source, it's considered vandalism. Narcotics (talk) 02:52, 19 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Selena Gomez

[edit]

It appears so, the episode list says so, so we'll just have to wait and see. But for now, I'm going with yes. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Nikiangelz (talkcontribs) 01:47, 22 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Selena Gomez. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Since Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by some search engines, including Google. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. Thank you. NrDg 14:52, 20 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It's only her MySpace page. How is that inappropriate? Please tell me on my talk page. --Geekboy6 (talk) 16:29, 20 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Need proof or a reference that it is real. It is not a music myspace. The information details are obviously wrong. "Female 96 years old Los Angeles , California United States ". I looked for references from other places and all I found were statements that she didn't have a myspace page. Lots of posers on Myspace so need strong proof. Unlikely that THIS page is hers. --NrDg 16:47, 20 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding unreferenced controversial biographical content to articles or any other Wikipedia page, as you did at Demi Lovato. Content of this nature could be regarded as defamatory and is in violation of Wikipedia policy. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Any mention of religious affiliation in an article must be backed up with a reliable source NrDg 21:06, 21 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Demi Lovato

[edit]

About Demi Lovato, I put her under American Christians, because she was originally classified under that category. I don't really get why she was removed from there. Let's not forget about her purity ring, which is a promise to God that she wouldn't give herself to intercourse until marriage. Can you please on my talk page tell me why she was removed from the category, American Christians? --Geekboy6 (talk) 04:14, 22 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Purity ring is not sufficient to prove Christianity and nothing is in the article about that anyway. See WP:BLP#Categories. Categories must be justified by well referenced article content in that article and "The subject publicly self-identifies with the belief ..." and "are relevant to the subject's notable activities" all of which which also needs to be referenced and shown in the article. She may have stated she is Christian somewhere else but if the article doesn't prove this and show that is meaningful it can't be a category. Note that incorrectly characterizing peoples religious beliefs can be insulting to them - we must be careful. --NrDg 05:36, 22 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Just a quick note to inform you that I have nominated Category:Deaths among active Total Nonstop Action employees, which you created for deletion. Please feel free to join in the discussion at Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Log/2009_August_19#Category:Deaths_among_active_Total_Nonstop_Action_employees. ♥NiciVampireHeart12:15, 19 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The Corre

[edit]

However, as a group, they have no established notability. "The Corre is just SmackDown's version of Nexus" is only a pov, not a certainty which we can speculate on which is, in it's own, entirely besides the point. ⒺⓋⒾⓁⒼⓄⒽⒶⓃ 08:46, 23 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. When you recently edited List of 1000 Ways to Die episodes, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Gold digger (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

A tag has been placed on Category:Dutch Satanists requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the category has been empty for seven days or more and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
