Fair use rationale for Image:HarrowCst.jpg

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

Harrow school crest

Hey there, I recently telephoned Harrow School, and was told, by a rather snobby woman who probably lives on a council estate, that no images of Harrow's Emblem are released in the public domain and are all copyrighted, unfortunately. --Hadseys 19:26, 22 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
