Hello. Your recent edit to Amhara people appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person or organization added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. You wrote, "It is a common knowledge as to which ethnic group the person belongs to. You can leave that to the wikipedia community." Actually, we can't -- if we did, it means that Teddy Afro is Oromo, Gurage, and Amhara, because the Wikipedia community has, at one time or another, identified him as each of these. More importantly, what you've proposed runs afoul of Wikipedia:Verifiability policy, which says "Even if you're sure something is true, it must be verifiable before you can add it." -- Gyrofrog (talk) 04:12, 19 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
